With 35 years agency experience across Australia, Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa, Raja Kanniappan brings a wealth of experience on all aspects of financial and operational management and leadership as a Chief Executive Officer. His experience leading initiatives that drive profit and growth coupled with his ability to nurture and develop leadership teams will enhance TotallyAwesome’s performance and bring focus to our growth agenda and initiatives.

Marcus Herrmann
Chief Operating & Safety Officer
Marcus Herrmann is in charge of campaign delivery and compliance. He has over 20 years of experience on the advertiser and agency side across Europe and Asia. Marcus combines German rigour with French passion and Asian sensitivity, and is passionate about providing kids, Gen Z, families and brands with a safe & secure digital environment.

Michelle Ching
Singapore Managing Director & VP Accounts, APAC
Breaking new ground has always been a central theme throughout Michelle Ching’s 25+ years career. She is a seasoned media professional, with experience in senior sales management and regional leadership across APAC in digital and broadcast TV with Facebook, Microsoft, Skype, Yahoo, Viacom and more. Strategic and practical, Michelle’s skills have been honed from the ground up. Over the years, she has worked with multiple different channels, platforms, and products, and she inherently knows that ultimately, people engage with content, not devices.

Adrian Watkins
VP Commercial, APAC
Adrian Watkins is an award-winning growth & marketing leader with over 22 years of experience in leadership, strategy, sales & marketing, and business transformation across blue chip companies and SMEs across Europe and Asia. Prior to TotallyAwesome, Adrian was Growth & Marketing Director for AdColony (now Digital Turbine), where he successfully launched multiple highly successful gaming products (including Anzu.io into APAC), and Chief Strategy Officer at Tickled Media, where he closed Series C funding and achieved record-breaking revenue growth for the company.

Head of Data, Research & Insights
Alice Almeida is a senior data, research, and insights specialist for some of Australia’s largest media brands. With over 20+ years of media, brand, and consumer experience across TV, digital, print, and outdoor, she has sat on industry councils and designed market-first research pieces. Known as an industry expert, Alice has presented at over 65 local and international conferences.
